Testing Issues With the Disc During the testing phase, (before the actual recording) an error occurred with the recordable disc. To resolve this issue: Clean the disc Remove all fingerprints, dirt, and dust from the shiny side of your disc using a nonabrasive cloth with a mild, nonabrasive soap solution. Wipe the disc from the center to the edge. Dry the disc completely. Try a different blank, recordable disc.
