Welcome to CCC 2013!
Dear Presenters,
It is our pleasure to meet with you in this exciting PerCom event on cognitive computing and communications. In the last a few decades, we have seen the great progress in the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and their applications in communication systems. One example is cognitive radio networks (CRN). It aims to make wireless communications adapt to the changing spectrum environment. This workshop targets not only CRNs. It covers all interesting topics on smart cyber computing and networking.
We are very pleased to have all of you here for today's presentations. Due to strict paper selections, we do not include many papers in today's event. We believe that next year we will make this event much bigger.
